Follow all company policies related to safety, attendance, and procedures outlined in the employee handbook. Operate powered industrial vehicles (e.g., forklifts) safely and with proper certifications. Participate in packaging operations as part of a 4-5 person team or independently, as needed. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in line with our company culture. Help with various capital projects, building management tasks, and other projects during downtime. Keep all workspaces clean, organized, and safe to ensure smooth operations. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: 1 year of brewery packaging or equivalent manufacturing experience (preferred but not required). Machine operation or other manufacturing experience. Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently with a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. Good written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Ability to stand for long periods (10+ hours) and work in non-climate-controlled environments. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. Reliable transportation and availability to work long or flexible hours as needed.
