Maintains general housekeeping and quality in all areas of batching, production, and any additional areas assigned by plant leadership. Accurately completes hourly inspection sheets based on overall product quality. Responsible for providing status report during shift handoff (batches produced, quality and results of batching). Work with PM team to ensure PM's are completed timely. Must have proficient knowledge of Tetra System and the batching flow to production and Plant Master reporting. Reports non-compliance and food safety issues to management. Assist with training of Batching Operators. Assists in other areas as required by plant supervision.
