In this hands-on role, you'll operate and maintain specialized machinery to produce high-quality parts that power the agricultural industry. You'll work with hydraulic presses, marking devices, and threading equipment to assemble precision components - and we'll make sure you have the training and support to succeed. What You'll Do: * Set up and load material into equipment * Operate specialized equipment safely, efficiently and precisely * Monitor machine performance * Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency * Identify and isolate defective parts * Perform basic troubleshooting of machine issues * Record production data * Adhere to safety protocols * Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For: * High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework preferred. * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail * Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work independently * Reliable, team-oriented mindset with great time management * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Previous machine operation experience is a plus-but not required!
