General qualifications include but are not limited to: -Capable of using measuring equipment such as tape measures, scales, calipers, etc.. to mix, setup molds, mold product, form finished product and inspect product and inspect product. -Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and handle heavy molds and product. -Skill with common hand tools. -Ability to perform sequential hand operations or machine operations. -Fork truck use and operation. -Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard written procedures and work orders. -Ability to be trained and work as a team member. -Some computer data entry may be required. Essential requirements: High school diploma or higher required. Must pass a drug test, physical and background check. Must be able to report to work on-time every day. Previous chemical plant, manufacturing, machining or mixing experience is desirable. Cross-training is strongly encouraged. Being versatile and mastering new tasks results in advancement. Common job tasks include material handling, mixing, molding, quality control, product shaping, shipping/receiving as well as other operations. Training is provided for all tasks required. A willingness to learn new skills and having a good work ethic are a must. Hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday. No weekends, 1st shift only. Entire plant is heated and air conditioned. Turnover rate of all personnel is very low. Competitive wages based on experience, but minimum starting pay is $20/hour.
