Responsibilities:
Create detailed CAD drawings and technical designs for custom wooden crates, pallets, and specialty packaging.
Translate client specifications into accurate, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs.
Collaborate with production, sales, and compliance teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The Maintenance Manager is tasked with leading all maintenance activities within the dairy manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, food safety compliance, employee safety, and cost-effective operations. * Promote succession planning and skills development across the maintenance department.
* Preventative Maintenance Program, develop and maintain a structured PM program aligned with OEM recommendations.

* Ensure equipment meets food-grade, sanitary design requirements & coordinates installation, commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes.
* Drive a strong preventive maintenance mindset, minimizing reactive repairs and unplanned downtime.
* Analyze equipment failures and lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts using technical problem-solving skills.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements (FDA/USDA/CDFA as applicable).
* Support and take part in internal and external audits ensuring maintenance practices support product quality and ensure compliance.
* Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex electrical, mechanical, and automation issues.
* Oversee maintenance of systems including, but not limited to: Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems, AC/DC power systems, PLCs & Automation systems, VFD drives, Process instrumentation, Support capital projects, equipment installations, and system upgrades.

Generally responsible for the accurate and efficient drying of liquid product. Runs quality tests on powder products, run's PH test if required determines powder moistures, and sediments, etc. Responsible for maintaining product quality, sanitation of equipment, and housekeeping standards. Follows work instructions and cleaning procedures related to drying liquid product. Starts up, runs and shuts down the Dryers. Coordinates proper atomization pressures and installs appropriate nozzle orifice disc and swirl chamber to maintain optimum powder moistures in the main chamber and finished product. Coordinates feed pump rate, condensed total solids, inlet/exit air temperature, and dryer pressures to maintain optimum powder moistures in the main chamber. Interpret the ongoing status of the equipment's operational status. Complete all required documentation and adequately inform other operators and supervisors. Fills de-foaming tank with appropriate chemical. Fills lecithin tank when using MSD for Instantized powder and verifies tank temperature. Changes Baghouse socks in the MSD or Lactose as needed. Changes Pre-filters, Pocket filters, and HEPPA filters in the Dryers as needed. Inspects sifter screens on the MSD, Lactose and TFD as needed Verifies chemicals used for CIP's and titrates washes to determine chemical concentration.

The Whey Operator is responsible for operating the Whey equipment processing operation, being able to perform nightly CIP duties on all equipment and operate bagging machines in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program. Provides day off relief to other Whey Operators.
Position Responsibilities
* Works a rotating schedule to provide day-off relief to other Whey Operators in the department.
* Operate and evaporator, dryer, feed system, crystallizer tanks, and silos.
* Perform seal checks.
* Know and understand how to operate HTST'S and legal limits.
* Ability to keep accurate records.
* Receive whey and ship condensed whey.
* Perform analytical lab testing and accurately record results.
* Identify and effectively communicate any out-of-specification product conditions immediately to Supervisor. Follow the established notification protocols.
