Summary The Picker/Packer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the warehouse, including but not limited to picking and packing products. This role ensures that inventory is organized, orders are accurately fulfilled. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Essential Functions Ensure the fulfillment of customers' orders are processed accurately and timely. Responsible for staging orders appropriately for shipping. Ensures that the number and type of components are picked correctly for work order. Pack, stack and organize items properly in order to prevent damage and injury. Communicate product or stock outs to supervisor to ensure timely order selection. Re-stock inventory with manually operated equipment. Responsible warehouse housekeeping tasks as assigned. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as manually operated equipment, rolling ladders, and other material handling tools. Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 65 lbs., climb ladders, and work on material handling equipment such as forklifts and other moving apparatus. Currently seeking day and night shift production packers 12 hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule $17.00 day shift , $19.00 night shift Primary Function: Responsible for quality checks on the material during production and packing completed bags and pouches in boxes applying informational I.D. labels. Assembling boxes for the produced product. Assist machine operators as needed. Teamwork. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management. Label boxes with proper labels. Get straws organized on the conveyor belt. Pick up the packed bag of straws from automation machine. Inspect packed straws. Make sure there is no pinched end or opened end, or any other sealing issues and defects. Pack product properly in boxes and with proper quantity. Monitor the straw hopper and make sure it is not overfilled. Take extra straws out from hopper when technician is working on the wrapping machine. Learn how to change wrapping film rolls and clear the wrapper jams. Help to change wrapping film rolls when technician is busy. Makes sure work area is clean and safe/free from any trip hazards. Report any safety issues and issues with machine or products to the production lead on duty.

Responsibilities | Duties Loading unassembled, required containers and materials for transport to job site. Unloading and restocking any unused materials upon return from job site. Assembling and taping containers (moving boxes). Gathering and placing customers' belongings into the appropriate containers, with care. Padding and/or wrapping items properly, to avoid damage during transit. Labeling and inventorying items and containers packed, and documenting pre-transit conditions. Listen and take direction from crew lead or driver. Job Requirements Physically fit, can lift at least 20 lbs. consistently throughout the day. Punctual and present. Professional demeanor. Ability to operate standard, simple tools. Good hygiene. Good communication skills. Friendly. Available to work varying hours and some weekends. Pass a background check.
