● 1-2 years prior warehouse experience required; 3-5 years preferred
● Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
● Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and understanding weights/measures
● Ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Working knowledge of packaging methods
● Basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet applications)
Special Circumstances of the Repacking Temp:
● Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
● Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, reach, push, and pull for long periods
● Ability to drive a car and climb step ladders up to 15 feet
● Must wear steel-toed shoes at all times
● Work primarily in a warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes, noise, and moving equipment
● May involve working around chemicals and performing tasks in potentially loud environments
