Reviews production schedule confirming Factory Work Orders and sequential interface order lineup to determine stacking pattern, load tag, dunnage and quality specifications. Program stacker machine control settings including back stop and stack count to accommodate the size of board. Assisting the operator in keeping the corrugator running; including properly directing the combined webs to the appropriate top or bottom knife, positioning the scrap tubes to remove side trim, and communicating quality and operating information to wet end operators. Responsible for completing product quality checks. Inspects product dimensions, caliper, score location/functionality, chop quality, slit quality, correct liner, glue bond, print quality, delamination, paper splice, warp, and functionality for conformance to product specifications. Communicates quality non-conformance issues to Corrugator Lead and wet-end operators. Completes PQV form. Continually monitoring the quality of the combined board, and removing warp, splices, loose liners, out-of-line, fractured flute tips and other imperfections from the good stock.
