Processing & Packaging Associate
Our Processing & Packaging Associate will assist with processing with the cannabis flower from harvest through sale.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Removing the buds from the plant stalk after drying
Trimming: Manicuring the buds after curing
Packaging: Packaging the buds into pre-packaged units and case packs
Pre-rolls - Weighing and packaging pre-rolls
Qualifications we ask you to have:
For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age
You will be asked to pass a criminal background check.
We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED
Additional skills which will help you excel in your role:

This role will ask that you sit, walk, bend, and reach throughout your entire shift. There may be days where you stand the entire day, sit the entire day, etc. Please be flexible as needs will change.
You will be asked to carry loads of up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day. At times you will also need to be able to lift 10lbs above your head.
As this is a cannabis growing facility, there will be strong odors, bright lights, and various noises throughout the workday.
Employees are asked to wear scrubs, masks, gloves, and hair nets while working with the plants. DCM will provide scrubs, gloves, and hair nets to all employees.

Job Description:
As a Packaging Associate at Michele's Granola, you are a key member of our Packaging Team. The primary role of each Packaging Team Member is to properly fill, label and seal bags of granola, pack and stock cases, control quality and inventory, and perform closing cleaning duties.
As part of our small-batch granola production line, you have clearly defined tasks to complete during the daily packaging shift. The position involves standing for extended periods of time, repetitive motion, moving at a steady pace, and lifting up to 50lbs.
