This position will also assist with completing cycle counting and inbound or outbound checkoff processes. Essential Job Duties Unloads incoming shipments, checking to ensure correct quantity and labelling matches inbound paperwork. Inspects all inbound shipments for freight damage and reports any damage to the appropriate parties. Picks, packs and loads customer orders following established processes. Double-checks the carton quality of picked orders before loading. Returns all misplaced and erroneously pulled items to the proper bin location. Consolidates bin locations, as directed. Maintains proper stack height of all products. Adheres to published housekeeping responsibilities for the designated area. Assists in additional housekeeping duties for the department, including keeping work areas and all bin locations clear as needed to ensure safety. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High school diploma or equivalent required One year of warehouse experience is required. Experience using warehouse equipment such as hand truck/dolly, pallet jack, order picker required. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to perform warehouse duties such as: picking, packing, sorting, shipping and receiving. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. at any given time. Maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, assisting other departments, and working overtime (based on business needs). Basic math skills. Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.
