Duties and Responsibilities include the following. · Maintain the duties of the department as per packaging supervisor's instructions. · Inspect package and seal of product in correct packaging. · Assure proper labeling per order as set by the supervisor. · Stack finished product within the proper boxes on a pallet. · Understand the cleanup operation of the packaging department. · Season cheese curds while following flavor profiles provided by the supervisor. · Inspect weight and seal retail packages of cheese. · Properly record production data. · Maintain a sanitary workspace according to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices. · Follow all current company policies and procedures. · All other duties as assigned.
