Sabert is looking for a Lead Packer to join our team! Night Shift Payrate: $21.80 + $1 (shift premium) The Lead Packer will be responsible for orientation & training of new packers to the shift. They will be responsible for the development of the packers on their team including but not limited to certification & progress conversations. They will be able to provide back-up to the supervisors in supervisory actions related to packers. Sabert is looking for a Lead Packer to join our team! Night Shift Payrate: $21.80 + $1 (shift premium) The Lead Packer will be responsible for orientation & training of new packers to the shift. They will be responsible for the development of the packers on their team including but not limited to certification & progress conversations. They will be able to provide back-up to the supervisors in supervisory actions related to packers. Other job responsibilities include assigning employees to lines, tracking attendance, assist in breaking packers for their breaks, ensuring all production lines have the necessary tools and equipment needed based on the packing specifications.
