The Production Packer will be responsible for the production and packaging of a variety of manufactured products. This role supports several areas of manufacturing, including shipping, assembly and quality.     Job Summary - Prepared Foods Packer Days, Afternoons, and Evenings Run food packaging machine (Vac-Pak) to pack product for 7 stores Test CO2 & O2 in packaging Change gas tanks Be able to check temperature of product Print labels and label product Keep track of the need for wrapping materials, labels, gas, etc. Maintain equipment. Communicate temperature failure to manager. Maintain good housekeeping of work areas. Follow all company policies Observe all safe food handling procedures Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements: Minimal computer skills or minimal knowledge of computerized digital scales.
