Place filled egg cartons into the correct cases. Apply printed labels to each case, indicating product type and egg size. Perform regular inspections of each packer to confirm correct labeling; document findings on the Label Inspection Form. Verify that the code printer is functioning correctly by checking the legibility and accuracy of printed codes on cartons. Clean processing equipment and the surrounding area at the end of production in accordance with food safety standards. Remain attentive and focused during grader/packer operations. Promptly report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to management. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Schedule: Typical hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Two 10-minute paid breaks and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
