Position Summary:
The Packer (Machine Operator) is responsible for packing finished parts as the Standard of Identity directs and for the quality of the part being finished and shipped. The Master Packer must be able to troubleshoot basic problems and train Packers.

* Perform visual and dimensional inspections with various hand measurement tools. Dimensional measurements may require measurements in fractions, decimals, or metric.
* Make accept/reject decisions based upon the Boundary Board and Quality Standard.
* Maintain accurate product counts.
* Stack pallets properly while using the proper size skids for carton stacking.
* Must have the ability to start and stop each inline machine
* Must have the knowledge and experience to correct basic problems when forming parts. This includes adjusting heats, recognizing different forming conditions such as webbing, cold roll, etc.

The Design Associate reports to the area Design Services Manager and will receive training in one of our corrugated manufacturing facilities or customer commitment centers to learn the trade of corrugated structural design. This position will be located in several areas of the United States.
