The role involves working in various shifts: 1st shift from 7am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am. The schedule may vary between Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, with mandatory overtime on Saturdays.
**Responsibilities**
+ Place finished products into cartons manually or using mechanical cartoners.
+ Place filled cartons into master corrugated boxes, tape them closed, and place on the conveyor to the freezer.
+ Participate in repacking products and rotate positions every 15 minutes.
+ Replenish rolls of wrap on the wrapper stand when empty or during product changeovers.
+ Remove and replace boxes of stickers into mechanical stickers, assist with sticker jams, and manually insert sticks into the product.
+ Open cases of cartons and fill carton magazines to the proper level.

What you'll do as a Warehouse Palletizer:
Read load and stop numbers on each tote/case and place all the totes/cases for each stop number on one pallet.
Count totes/cases for each stop, verify correct load numbers, and record number of totes for each stop.
Transfer pallets to the loading dock at the correct door for loading.
Ensure that orders are kept in stop/batch sequence and placed onto the conveyor by load number.
Participate in cleanup activities such as facing and downstacking product, mopping, sweeping, and dusting.
Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.

Performs a count or weighs each carton, container or pallet to ensure the proper amount and product is packaged, places product literature in container, closes and seals container and places container on pallet or in staging area.
Operates a casing machine to seal containers, shrink wrap machine to wrap pallets and regrind mill.
Record information such as weight, time, date and completes identification tickets.
Understands plant labeling requirements and sees that all chemicals are properly labeled and managed.

Qualifications:
Drug screen required
Chemical manufacturing industry experience preferred
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:15 AM - 3:45 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM
