Packer/shipper job description

We are looking for a full time Shipper/Packer for our Willowbrook, IL warehouse.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 5am to 1:30pm

Shipper/Packer Responsibilities:
*Preparing orders and packing boxes (golf club orders)
*Assisting operations team from time to time: receiving orders, unpacking boxes, sorting items, assembly
*Preparing shipping labels
*Generating tracking numbers and managing in Salesforce (CRM)
*Communicating with operations team and sales staff of shipping delays or other issues
*Other duties as assigned

Shipper/Packer Requirements:
*Hands-on experience in a shipping department or in a warehouse
*Packing experience
*Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time
*Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
*Must be reliable and arrive to work on time.
*Must be flexible to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays.
*Other duties as assigned.

Job DescriptionCybertron is looking for a Packer to join our team. Job Functions:

• Make boxes to package finished product
• Inspect finished product for any quality issues
• Ensure proper packing and packaging according to product specifications
• Accurately packing into shipping boxes and labeling for shipping to customers
• Stacking boxes onto pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Additional production or manufacturing tasks as assigned
• Overtime may be required

Job Requirements:

• Basic Computer skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to work in a team
• Follow basic directions accurately
• Must have reliable transportation
• Should possess time management skills and be able to meet targets
• Be able to lift and move 60 lb boxes and work in both a hot and cold warehouse environment
• Able to work a full-time schedule
