Follow standard operating procedures and JSAs when operating ground support equipment .
Operate and oversee use of special support equipment used in removal and installations of major components .

Orders and receives all tooling and materials that will be needed to service the AOG acft .

Identifies required. advanced troubleshooting techniques for all model acft with assistance from Tech Ops .

Job Description
Farm and Home Hardware is looking for Cashiers to join our existing top-notch team. Established in 1960, we have over 60 years of experience helping our friends and neighbors complete their projects. If you enjoy collaborating closely with a team of dedicated people who offer high end service, then we are a perfect fit for you. We are looking for initiative-thinkers who would like to grow with a local, family-owned company.
We are looking for dedicated, consumer driven individuals interested in part time or full-time hours. Shifts vary and while we would like to have open availability, we also understand that many qualified candidates have restrictions that limit their availability (life). With that we are willing to discuss this opportunity and see if it will work for both Farm and Home and you in your current situation. We have many different departments in our stores and are always looking to hire qualified individuals to help improve our Team. Experience in retail and any type of product knowledge is a plus but not essential as we will provide the training and the tools needed to succeed. All you will be required to bring is a positive Team first attitude and willingness to learn. If selected, you will be working directly with our customers to help them find and choose products to help them complete their projects. You will also be asked to build relationships with our friends and neighbors to help us foster a stronger community.

We need you to be comfortable with computers, the more experience the better. We will train you on the operation of our computer system. It is not difficult to learn.
Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry products to perform and cover all customer support duties.
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time. (Up to 8 hours)
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities for our Cashiers:
Greeting customers in a welcoming manner while offering prompt service (your #1 priority)
Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
Direct customers by escorting them to the products they need… (we don't point)
Processing payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit options.
Assists with inventory, including stocking and merchandising
Informing customers about sales, promotions, policies, and service offerings
Help in keeping the salesfloor clean and organized
Answering customer phone calls
We will train and give you all the tools needed to succeed in this position, we need you to bring the positive team-oriented attitude
Job requirements and benefits:
This is an hourly position.

Off most National Holidays
Starting pay will range from $10.50 to $12 per hour depending on ability and experience levels.
