The End User Computing Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of internal and external customer facing technology services. This position will participate in a team charged with delivering high-quality, cost-effective services including client computing hardware and software support as we evolve into the modern workplace. Essential Job Functions
Delivery of End User Computing (EUC) technologies
Provide level 2 support and act as escalation point for service desk and other IT teams
Perform systems analysis and consult with users to determine hardware, software or system specifications

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Information Studies and industry certifications or equivalent work experience, preferably in a large corporate environment
Experience deploying and supporting Windows workstation environments including Active Directory
Experience installing, troubleshooting and administration of Microsoft 365 and other common business applications
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware
Experience with end user workstation management platforms such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune
Previous experience supporting end users in a Citrix Workspace environment a plus
Experience with configuration and administration of Mac and other Apple products a plus
Working knowledge of network protocols such as: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and SMTP

Key Responsibilities
Maintain bulk frozen usage reports for each day's production.
Complete and attach pallet tickets to each pallet of frozen goods produced.

Record unused or partial bins, including type, supports, contents, and weight.
Remove, replace, or repair tickets on bulk bins as needed.
Verify that cases, dividers, and day codes are correct.
Ensure proper pallets, slip sheets, supports, and other tools are available and in good working condition.
Keep the work area clean and orderly.

Update the status of repair orders between open (indicating work in progress), complete (indicating job finished), and closed (indicating the invoice is attached to the work order and the repair order matches the invoice) for maintenance records and payment process purposes.
