The Project Engineer's role is an integral part of the Project Execution and Continuous Improvement process while working cross functionally among departments and sites. This unique role crosses over technology verticals such as molding, automation and product development. As a member of the Engineering and Industrialization team, the Project Engineer's primary responsibility is to lead, drive, and manage all applicable engineering and technical aspects associated with Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement Projects, material changes for sustainability, and dual sourcing of equipment/materials to improve our speed to market.
