Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. You will be responsible for the administration and internal support of the Companys PCs, printers, and servers, along with related hardware and software. Tasks include end-user support, license tracking, asset management, performing PC maintenance, and upgrades. May also be involved with the administration of applications for end-users such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft, etc.
What You'll do:
* Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction
* Deliver comprehensive helpdesk assistance and proficiently address issues to ensure optimal resolution and utmost satisfaction for end users.
* Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
* Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
* Document internal procedures
* Assist with onboarding of new users
* Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
* Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
* Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses
* Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software
* Manage mobile devices for all Packsize LLC employees through Intune and FreshService
* Manage VoIP phone system
* Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
* Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades, backups, and recoveries on a regular basis
* Running multi-media conferencing solutions. Work with meeting stakeholders to present relevant content
* Responsible for the de-provisioning of departed employees
Experience and Education Required:
* Associate / Technical degree or Equivalent
* MS900 or have it completed within the first 90 days.
* 2 years of relevant technical experience

**Your tasks**
* You ensure our European technical customer support via telephone and remote maintenance (level 1 to 2) (if necessary with the involvement of other departments/external partners)
* You document and maintain relevant documents, customer-, project- and assignment-related information in our CRM (Salesforce) and other systems
