Mr. Loh has served as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pactera (formerly hiSoft) since 2006, working to expand global operations and building a robust base of multinational clients. Prior to joining hiSoft, Mr. Loh was Corporate Vice President of Hewlett-Packard from 2004 to 2006, responsible for expanding consulting and technology services business in China and Hong Kong. Prior to that, Mr. Loh served as Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong information technology solutions company Vanda Systems & Communications Holdings, currently known as Hutchison Global Communications Holdings, from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Loh also served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cap Gemini Asia-Pacific between 1998 and 2000. He started his career with IBM, where he held various management positions in sales and services over the course of 14 years including Managing Director of Services for Lotus Development Asia Pacific. Martin Ding joined Pactera in 2017 as COO. Prior to that, he served in key IT business roles for the HNA Group including head of Phase I for the Haikou Meilan International Airport (HAK) information engineering project and several key Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) e-Government initiatives. Mr. Ding established the Information Management Department at HNA Group in 2004, driving informatization strategy as Vice General Manager. In 2007, he set up Hainan Bestchain Information System Co., Ltd., a joint venture between HNA Group, the Hainan Provincial Government and Microsoft that was incorporated into Eking Technology in 2012. Mr. Ding holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Wireless Engineering from Southeast University in China.
