As an Associate Warehouse Manager, you'll lead two critical distribution hubs-Lorton and Colonial Heights-through a period of transformation and growth. What you will do…
Oversee daily operations across two warehouse hubs, managing hourly teams responsible for receiving, picking, and cleaning.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Quality, and Real Estate.
Monitor KPIs such as safety incidents, productivity, and outbound/inbound performance.
Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance management, including coaching and corrective actions.
Ensure visibility and engagement across both sites through regular visits and hands-on leadership.

You'll report to an Area Warehouse Leader and manage teams at both Lorton, VA and Colonial Heights, VA. Your direct reports include hourly material handlers and site coordinators, with oversight of contingent workers. You'll collaborate regularly with Sales, DRP, Quality, and Real Estate teams, and interact with independent and external partners to meet distribution goals.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$71,800-$103,200

Key Responsibilities
Accounting, Controls, & Tax
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Oversee the core financial processes including treasury, AP, AR, payroll and general ledger
Evaluate, improve, establish, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial requirements, including leading technical accounting evaluation and documentation
Manage external audit and tax advisors processes and relationships
Financial Strategy & Operations

Own the reporting and evaluation of key financial KPIs

7+ years of finance and accounting experience, including managerial experience

Position Summary
The Director, Engineering is a hands-on technical and people leader responsible for scaling Brook's engineering organization across the United States and internationally. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team spanning backend, frontend, and mobile development, driving engineering excellence, reliability, and innovation across regions.
Reporting to the Vice President, Engineering, the Director will define and execute Brook's technical roadmap, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and positioned to support continued company growth. This role partners closely with Product, Data, and Clinical Operations to deliver high-quality, compliant, and user-centered technology solutions that directly impact patient outcomes.

As an Experienced Tax Associate at Premier Group Services, Inc., you will be at the forefront of shaping financial excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Complete all bookkeeping tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Produce detailed Monthly Financial Packages, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flow.
Generate Indirect Cost Reports and Dashboards for management review.
Pull Monthly Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements, and Payroll Reports.
Ensure proper coding of all transactions and reconcile Bank, Credit Card, LOC, and Loan accounts.
Complete payroll journal entries and monthly accruals for Income, Expense, and Payroll.
Perform depreciation journal entries and review Prepaid accounts, amending as necessary.
Handle client monthly invoicing.
Create and balance Indirect Cost Reports.
Generate Monthly Financial Reports for various stakeholders.
Contribute to internal audit activities to ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
Review and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Address client issues efficiently, escalating to the Senior Accounting Associate when necessary.
Provide regular communication with the Staff Accountant and Senior Accounting Associate.
Work closely with the Accountant to support financial goals.
Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Associate, providing regular input on all account activity, including weekly status and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit or Finance.
Minimum of 1 Year Experience
CPA certification is highly preferred.
Proven experience as a Staff Accountant with a focus on month-end processes and internal audit.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
