Atticus is the Founder of PadSplit, the Co-Founder of Stryant Investments, and Stryant Construction. He is also the President of Guardian Brokerage & Management.

Frank Furman is the Chief Operating Officer at PadSplit. He was the Category Director at Georgia-Pacific, the Engagement Manager of McKinsey & Company, and Program Manager-Logistics at the Office of Naval Research before that.

Jon O'Bryan is a Cofounder at Blanket Homes and CTO at PadSplit and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Cofounder at Partage, Graduate Student Researcher: Particle Theory at University of California Irvine, and Developer at ATHENAHEALTH INC. Jon attended Stanford University between 2004 and 2010 and University of California Irvine between 2010 and 2015.
