Must successfully pass an oral board assessment.
Must satisfy the Kentucky Telecommunicator Professional Standards requirements, including successful completion of:

Must successfully complete a one (1) year probationary period.

Training
Successful completion of an intense minimum in-house training program within the one (1) year probationary period.
Must successfully complete the 4-week Telecommunicator Academy at the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training located on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY, within 12 months of hire.
Complete eight hours of mandated continuing education training each year of employment to maintain Kentucky Telecommunicator Certification throughout employment.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This position is responsible for ground operations, such as clean up, wash out, painting, greasing equipment in and around the plant.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Cleaning and lubricating equipment.
+ Shoveling aggregate and wash out.
+ Safely and efficiently running bobcats and small pieces of equipment.
+ Assisting with basic plant maintenance.
+ Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
**Education:** GED or High School Diploma preferred
+ Highly dependable, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
+ Ability to learn plant flow, plant operations to include conveyors and crushing equipment.
+ Experienced with operating/maintaining and troubleshooting materials plants.
+ Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
+ Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions.
+ Previous experience in a construction or quarry environment is preferred.
**Additional Requirements:**
+ This job requires shift work, callouts, scheduled and unscheduled overtime, weekend and holiday work. Employees may have the work schedule adjusted on short notice.
+ Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
