Michael Kurlander joins Pagaya with over 20 years experience in the industry, first at Goldman Sachs where he held leadership roles across Corporate Treasury, Operations, and GS Bank, and most recently at Citadel as Deputy Treasurer. In his role at Citadel, Kurlander was successful in developing innovative risk management financial modeling, and capital markets functions.

Adam Schreier is a Chief Business Officer at Pagaya and is based in Israel. He has worked as Team Founder & Leader at Special Security Analysis Group for Israeli Government, R&D Engineer & Team Leader at Israeli Military Intelligence, and Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Adam attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1995 and 1998 and Weizmann Institute of Science between 2005 and 2007.

Amol is the Chief Operating Officer. He supports Operations, Legal, Compliance & Risk by driving growth and risk management and controls. Amol joined the firm in July 2021 with over 20 years of experience at Goldman Sachs.
