Our providers offer treatment options customized to each patient. We fully recognize that patients experience pain differently and require a variety of therapeutic approaches to restore functionality. Our broad services include advanced interventional painmanagement, and we are looking for a physician to join us two Thursdays a month to provide a range of procedures within our state-of-the-art facility, equipped with a standard fluoroscope and an 86-inch high-definition monitor for precision visualization. We perform facet, transforaminal, epidural, and intradiscal injections utilizing autologous bone marrow aspirate or platelet-rich plasma (PRP) under fluoroscopic guidance.
Duties:
Perform precise reinjection procedures under fluoroscopy.
Focus exclusively on injections-our administrative team handles all scheduling, rescheduling, patient preparation, and billing.
Collaborate with our experienced regen team (onsite staff prepares PRP and/or extract bone marrow aspirate for you)
Documentation- timely and accurate
Collaborate with colleagues, assistants, and administrators to provide comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician (PainManagement, PM&R, Physiatry)
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of PA
Schedule:
1-2 Thursdays per month (or as schedule)

The LPN supports our mission and values by performing nursing practices within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Ohio, and in accordance with job standards and as directed by the Health Services Supervisor.
The LPN's primary responsibilities include:
Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the facilities nursing department including skin grids and treatments, preventative skin plans, preventative fall plans, incident reports and admission paperwork.
Attends team care conferences as needed.
Provides oral instructions to nursing assistants.
Assesses residents and records all pertinent information in resident's records.
Document administration of medications according to facility policies and procedures.
Functions as team leader and supervisor.
Supplies and interprets information, supports decisions, and facilitates communications with residents and their families, and nursing assistants and support staff.
Assures that resident's call lights are answered.
Receives and records oral telephone medication and treatment orders from physicians/physician's offices.
Reports changes in resident's health status to physician, resident, and/or responsible party.
Performs daily tasks in accordance with infection control and standard precaution policies and procedures.
Follows policies and procedures related to body mechanics and lift systems.
Assures residents individual care plans are being followed by reviewing nursing assistant assignment sheets.
Assures nursing assistant are completing their required documentation before shift ending including service check off lists, Restorative Care and Intake and Output records.
Assures rounds are being done with shift to shift change to prevent conflict
What do I need for this role?
Current and Valid LPN License in Ohio required.
Current and Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire required.
Strong leadership skills and/or previous experience are preferred.
Strong Customer Service skills required.
Onsite presence required.
