Makes batch mixes using established formulations and methods in a manner to ensure that safety, quality and production goals are met on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities
* Completes mixing tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor/team leader of the department.

* Gather and verify all raw materials for each batch mix per the double check sheet.
* Follow standard operating procedures on check sheet to make required batch mixes.
* Maintain mixes for all lines while performing other duties assigned by department.
* Complete required documentation.
* Complete production records and data entry as required (DPR's, process monitor, production summaries, double check sheets, work orders, etc.).
* Lean (daily requirements):
* Utilize LEAN Thinking in formal and informal settings including participating in LEAN Events (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Projects, Just-Do-It), submitting Suggestions, attending LEAN Training, and improving work cell/areas of responsibility daily.

* Document all changes resulting from LEAN activities according to ISO guidelines.

Daily tasks include recording of ingredient lot numbers, weighing and combining product ingredients using a scale, physically putting ingredients into a 1,000-pound-capacity mixer, recording mix times, dough temperatures, moisture percentages and other data on paperwork, programming mixer settings using a function-key-style computer terminal, washing/rinsing/sanitizing equipment, mixing water and dry yeast to produce yeast slurry used in dough production, shoveling ice into large bins for use in dough mixing.
Job duties and responsibilities
Control the flow of allergens in the Sheeter room.
Control accurate formulations, document lot numbers, raw dough temperatures, and dough moisture percentages.
Make ice formula adjustments as necessary, communicating to the bakery lead if a product is not meeting its specification.
Understands the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
Takes a macro approach to the overall operation of the dough room.
Controls amount of scrap in batches and lines
Is the first line of defense for people entering the bakery without proper PPE or washing hands improperly.
Maintains a clean work area by using brooms, mops, and dustpans.

As Paint Technician, each day will bring new experiences and opportunities for growth. You will need to have a basic to advanced knowledge of aircraft refinishing, Understanding PDS Sheets and comply with paint procedures and techniques.
You will be ESSENTIAL to many FUNCTIONS including:
Able to understand and comprehend PDS Sheets, mix ratios for all materials that will be used.
Able to spray Single Stage, Basecoat, Clearcoat, Primer, Anti-static and Sealers.
Understand the functions of a spray gun and how to adjust for different materials that will be used
Must be able to pass Respirator Fit Test and Medical Eval. (Full face or Half face).
Maintenance, cleaning and repair of shop facilities, equipment and tooling when required.
Safely operate shop equipment such as: Paint Booth, Prep deck,
Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, maintenance databases and Color matching paint computer and Color matching camera.
Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English
Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Be able to travel to customers hangars to perform paint work as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, patching holes, taping, and priming
Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Paint interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and exterior surfaces as needed
Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths or masking tape and clean up any spills
Match paint colors and mix paints to desired shades
Ensure proper cleanup of tools and workspaces after each job
Maintain high standards of workmanship, including clean lines and smooth finishes
Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience (residential preferred), familiarity with a range of painting tools and techniques, strong attention to detail and strong work ethic, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
