The ideal candidate will have I-CAR Certifications, 3-5 years of experience as a painter, and possess a team-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanor and experience in auto body repair. Role and Responsibilities: Keeping the paint mixing area/machine clean and the booth area clean and they will perform some prep work. Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces. Mix and match paint colors according to specifications. Apply paint coats using spray guns and other equipment. Inspect painted surfaces for quality and correct any imperfections. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper condition. Follow safety procedures when handling hazardous materials. Collaborate with other team members, such as auto body technicians, to ensure efficient workflow. Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and job completion. timelines.
