Responsibilities Perform all aspects of the painting trade in a professional manner. This includes touch-ups, patching, and full-room painting. Duties and Responsibilities: As a Painting Apprentice with Rogall + Co, you will assist with essential duties to ensure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards: Job Site Preparation and Clean-Up Assist with setting up job sites each day, including drop cloths, tape, plastic, and tools under the direction of the Crew Leader. Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring materials and tools are organized and ready for use. Painting and Finishing Preparation Learn how to prepare surfaces by sanding, caulking, sealing, and priming, as well as moving and setting up ladders and equipment. Gain hands-on experience with brushes, rollers, and sprayers to prepare you for painting tasks. Support and Maintenance Assist with truck organization, stocking essential materials, and ensuring a professional appearance of vehicles and tools. Follow dress code requirements, showing up clean and professionally to represent Rogall + Co. Commitment to Quality and Safety Attend all required safety and training seminars to learn best practices and industry standards.
