Equipment Operation: Operate all painting equipment including spray guns, paint booth, and ovens. Maintenance: Clean and maintain paint equipment. Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned. This position is a steady, medium to fast pace repetitive work environment. To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications: Prior powder coating or spray painting experience required. Ability to stand through the whole shift. Able to do repetitive work. Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Read and understand work instructions. Willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
