Job SummaryThis position functions as a Painter and performs skilled work involving the maintenance and repair of the building. The Painter is responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all "common areas" within the Association, as defined in the Association's governing documents. The Painter shall oversee and coordinate the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all necessary building systems, and shall possess a basic understanding of all systems servicing standard residential units. Compensation: $23.00 hourly, plus benefits Schedule: Monday- Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm What You'll Do (Job Duties) Performs all types of commercial painting work Prepares various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary Mixes, matches, and blends various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties Caulks, putties, cements or plasters holes and cracks.
