    JOB SUMMARY & QUALIFICATIONS This position is responsible for assessing a vehicle following body repair to determine refinish efforts required to restore vehicle’s paint to an acceptable level. This person must maintain a current skill and education level to paint vehicles at a high quality level and in accordance with factory specifications. A Refinish Technician must be meticulous and thorough in the quality of their work. He/she must be able to read and understand every aspect of a work order to ensure proper repair on the damaged vehicle. It is imperative that this technician possess a good work attitude and foster a positive team spirit both within the department as well as between the other departments in support with the overall philosophy of the company and fellow employees. The Refinish Technician must strive to improve quality and productivity of work.
