Required Knowledge/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 5+ years of industrial or commercial painting experience, including leadership responsibilities. Proficiency in HVLP spray painting and surface preparation techniques. Experience in a production or metal fabrication environment preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to painting operations. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull up to 100 lbs. Comfortable working from ladders up to 20 feet. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Work Environment and Physical Demands Manufacturing environment with exposure to paint fumes and noise. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Mobility: Stand, kneel, stoop, or crouch for 8-10 hours per day. Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for painting and equipment handling. Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs (OSHA standards apply). Visual and Auditory Requirements: Must be able to see and hear well enough to navigate safely and communicate effectively.
