Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and completing minor repairs. Paint interior and exterior common areas, including trim, doors, railings, and fencing. Match existing colors and finishes for a uniform appearance. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers per manufacturer guidelines. Perform touch-ups, preventative maintenance, and minor drywall/wood/stucco repairs. Identify areas needing repainting or repair during routine walkthroughs. Follow all OSHA, HOA, and CMGT safety standards and use proper PPE. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Interact professionally with residents and communicate project needs to Supervisor. Maintain tools/equipment and track paint inventory for replenishment. Create work orders/service requests when issues are noticed. Complete daily duty sheets and arrive on time each day. Follow all company policies and procedures. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
