Maintenance Repairer - Painter Job Summary: Under direction, performs skilled painting, finishing, and related maintenance work on Housing Authority buildings, apartments, and facilities. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings, repairing damaged walls and surfaces, and ensuring that all assigned properties are maintained in a clean, safe, and appealing condition. Responsibilities: Prepares interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and priming.
