This role executes planned work orders, emergency work orders and Marketing up fits. This role focuses on timely completion of all work orders, customer service, paint supply inventory and maintaining departmental organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned as necessary: Work Order Management: Receive and log maintenance and housekeeping service requests via Workhub/Cubigo, or similar internal system. Ensure timely completion of all assigned work orders. Provide regular updates to requestors on the progress and completion of work orders. Assist with emergency response protocols and provide support during urgent situations. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of paint supplies and equipment for Facilities Department. Relay paint order needs to proper facilities administrator to ensure timely restocking. Track the usage, return, and condition of tools and equipment. Assist Directors in maintaining preventative maintenance systems for equipment and supplies. Customer Service: Serve as the point of contact for residents and staff with paint related questions or requests. Foster a positive and collaborative relationship between the Facilities department and the community.
