Required to perform journeyman level work. 2. Performs new construction and tenant improvement, drywall taping, mudding and finishing work. 3. Furniture staining and finishing. 4. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, patching walls, roof repair, fine finishing work, concrete sealing, sign making, both interior and exterior painting of all surfaces in the facility. 5. May be required on occasion to lend support to other trades. Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education): 1. A minimum education level of a high school diploma or its equivalency 2. Ability to establish and work with co-workers and the general public as necessary. 3. Three (3) years related journeyman level experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4. Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures. 5. Knowledge of practices, procedures, tools, equipment, and techniques used in the trade. 6. Must be able to work days, evenings, and graveyard shifts as well as weekends and holidays. 7. Must have reliable transportation.
