Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities Spray paint parts as directed for surface protection and quality appearance Maintains gun and equipment and leaves equipment clean and fully functional for next shift Has working knowledge of Pioneer Metal Finishing tracking system Must acquire working knowledge of each paint department area: line load/unload, mask, paint and rework Communicates with co-painters on proper painting techniques of parts Works with lead Painter on inspection of product leaving paint booths Consistently produces a quality product in an efficient and safe manner Required to assist in different departments as utility worker when production dictates Performs paint booth maintenance when necessary Adheres to strict safety standards and enforces safety codes to all co-workers in department Benefits Summary We offer the following benefits to All Employees immediately upon hire: Next-Day Pay: Don't wait for payday; access your daily pay the next day!
