Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides the necessary craft and carpentry skills for mainlining the building and/or offsite properties. Ability to perform repair of existing and completion of new facility finishes. Accomplishes the most difficult repairs and overhauls on any of the building finishes in any facility in the system. Provides support to other trades as required. Responsibilities Keeps equipment clean and operational. Handles and disposes of hazardous and or infectious waste properly and practices infection control. Adheres to regulatory guidelines.Produces professional, high quality construction, painting, and coating applications utilizing standard painter skills.Performs preventative maintenance on schedule and in accordance with department standards.Identifies and makes recommendations in regards to areas and items within the facility that are in need of upgrade or repair.
