Remove fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, lamps switch plates prior to painting.
Remove paint splatters, clean equipment and clean area painted to complete job.
Maintains buildings, performing minor and routine plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
Plows snow, cleans debris and snow from sidewalk, mows lawn, and trims shrubbery.
Assists custodial crew as required.
Assists driver as necessary.
Respond to alarm calls and emergencies.
Assumes all other appropriate duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
Qualifications
