    As a Painter, you'll be responsible for maintaining building/facility by cleaning surfaces mixing and applying paint and other finishers; Prepares interior and exterior surfaces of building/units/common areas; Position may be indoors to maintain the interior of the community, outdoors to maintain the exterior, or a mixture of both.
