Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:
Masks and protects parts that are not to be painted or coated
Mixes paint according to specifications
Selects and mixes coating liquid to produce desired color
Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags, and unpainted areas

What You'll Do:
Complete surface preparation for five different painting projects without any reported deficiencies.
Mix paint for three different jobs according to technical data sheet guidelines.
Apply paint with a general understanding of gun functions and adjustments to achieve a smooth finish.
Execute painting tasks while following safety standards for a specified period, with no safety violations reported.
