Has primary responsibility for the Planned (PM) and Corrective Maintenance of the hospital building's interior and exterior services. Applies paint, varnish, stain, wall cover and other finishes to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, equipment and furniture of hospital facilities. Madison Heights, MI Company builds display's and signs for retail stores. 1st Shift: M-F - 6am - 2:30PM Pay rate: $19-$21/hour - must have a solid 3 years of relatable experience Essential Functions of The Job· Paint letters, numbers, signs, and other décor items with a gravity held spray gun · Spray paint wood, metal, plastic, and foam décor components. · Use proper paint and primer for each type of material. · Check finished product for quality before it leaves paint area. · Maintain a clean work area, clean/change filters as needed. · Keep floor clear of debris. · Ability to clean and maintain spray guns. · Other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.
