Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (37.5 hours within five (5) days per week); unless otherwise required or approved by management.
REPORTS TO:
Works under the general supervision of the Program Manager, MCDAT.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
Analysts assigned to support missing and abducted child cases, unidentified human remains, attempted abductions, data analysis, and NCIC/Nlets.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLIC CONTACT:
Position requires contact with law enforcement and at times other external requestors (public) related to questions about NCMEC data, statistics, and other technical assistance services provided by the Missing Child and Data Analytics Team. Contact with law enforcement and other external requestors requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.
LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION:
Must be eligible to apply for VCIN certification which requires either U.S. citizenship or having been a lawful resident of the U.S. for the past 10 consecutive years. Must obtain VCIN certification within three (3) months of hire and maintain certification including completion of all required training. VCIN certification requires background screening, to include fingerprinting, criminal history check, and professional references.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Position is responsible for the supervision and workflow of the analysts assigned to support missing and abducted child cases, unidentified human remains, attempted abductions, data analysis and NCIC/Nlets. This includes dealing with personnel issues, reviewing resumes, conducting new hire interviews, and coordinating training for staff. The Supervisor will work with the MCDAT Program Manager in the Analytical Services Division and counterparts in the Missing Children's Division to ensure that the analytical and technical needs of both case managers and law enforcement are being met.
This position requires an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is able to lead a team of analysts in a way that keeps them challenged and engaged. The position also requires an individual who is able to provide support and assistance to individual team members. This will be provided while consistently assessing overall team needs, work queues and processes to continually evolve with the changing needs of law enforcement, case managers, and internal stakeholders.
The content of reports may involve written materials and images that reference or detail crimes against children or adults to include child abduction, child sexual exploitation, violence, child homicide and unidentified human remains believed to be children. Such assistance requires an employee that can handle exposure to sensitive content as well as demonstrate a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in their work product. In addition to being self-aware of personal limits, this position must understand impact of vicarious trauma and how to promote individual and organizational self-care.

Conduct regular and ongoing quality control of requests for information, not infile leads with their associated CyberTipline reports, and any other applicable work products.
Prepare MCDAT statistics and other information for periodic and quarterly reports.
Provide support to MCDAT Program Manager by attending meetings and responding to inquiries as directed or in his or her absence.
Assist the ASD Executive Director of Analytical Programs and MCDAT Program Manager with the selection of qualified candidates for employment including participation in the interviews of potential candidates.
Make verbal presentations to NCMEC staff, law enforcement and other relevant stakeholders.
Perform analyst duties as required on an “as needed basis”, including computer searches of NCMEC systems, public records databases, or open source Internet information for law enforcement or NCMEC staff members.
Able to work evening and weekend shifts, if required.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing the daily audit of cage, slots, and non-gaming revenue areas. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring work performed by Revenue Audit Clerks to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supervises the revenue verification team to ensure that all audit tasks are completed efficiently and properly within designated controls. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain and record financial data for use in maintaining casino accounting and statistical records. Compiles composite reports from individual reports of subordinates required by management or government agencies. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. Issues written and oral instructions. Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates. Develops, trains, advises, and supports the department Team Members. Provides direction and troubleshooting in daily audits. Adheres to all Virginia Lottery Regulations.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

One year of casino audit experience or 3 years of other audit experience including F&B/Hotel audit experience. Two-three years of prior supervisory experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.

* Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
* Must successfully pass background check.
