The Role
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you are the engine behind Palantir's engineering teams. You partner with developers to optimize our development process and make sure we're shipping high quality products every day. You track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate customer needs to free up our engineers to focus their time and attention on the technical problems they are best equipped to solve.

Partner with Palantir software engineers, product managers, quality engineers, and business leadership to drive key product deliverables through the entire software development cycle.
Synthesize concrete technical goals from product vision, mapping global product strategy to granular team tasks and issues. This means triaging requests from the field to create maximum focus for the team, while actioning items that need immediate attention.
Keep broad and complete state of everything involving or related to your projects. Pre-empt and resolve any issues that may steer projects off-course.
Enhance cross-team collaboration. Read a room of technical experts to align them around shared objectives. Improve efficiency where you see miscommunication or lack of coordination.
Work with customer-facing engineering teams on implementation, roll out, and support of your product.

This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.

About the Role
The Senior Engagement Manager will lead customer engagements, act as an AI and learning technology expert, and be responsible for customers realizing value after go-live. In this role, you'll operate with high ownership and influence-shaping how enterprise customers adopt Sana Learn, informing the evolution of Sana's product & services, and collaborating with a deeply talented peer group.
What you'll be doing:
End-to-end responsibility for several Sana customers, starting with product deployment and throughout the lifecycle of the partnership: You ensure that Workday's enterprise customers get the most value out of the Sana products
Ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities
Manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth delivery and long-term adoption across large-scale deployments
Act as an AI and learning technology expert: We are guiding customers on driving an L&D transformation, using Sana Learn as the tech to change their learning culture
Lead complex enterprise implementations of Sana Learn - running discovery, executive workshops, and decision-making sessions with senior HR/L&D/IT stakeholders
Translate customer learning strategies into a clear implementation plan, and configure, test, and validate Sana Learn (including Workday integrations) to meet those needs
Drive onboarding, admin training, and early adoption to ensure customers become self-sufficient and ready to scale across large, matrixed organizations
Project lead one or more Sana product implementations concurrently, including Partner-led deployments
Ensure the project is successfully delivered within the budget and time outlined in the SOW
Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW
Provide guidance and mentoring to Professional Services resources working on your implementations
Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed
Identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes
Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings and lead QBRs
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in leading Medium and/or Large Enterprise implementations or transformation initiatives
3+ years of experience in either enterprise application implementation (Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Cornerstone, or similar) or top-tier strategy consulting (MBB, Tier 2), venture capital, or a commercial/strategy/ops role in a startup or scale-up.

Job Title: ProjectManager
Duration: 6 Months (can get converted into Full time position)
• Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
• Oversees all aspects of strategic projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Will require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Qualifications
• 5-7 years experience
• Strong skills in MS Suite and PMP certification preferred.
• Other skills include strong business acumen, analytical and organizational skills, adept at managing change, highly motived and independent and collaborative/excellent interpersonal skills.
