Drive Palantir's global business expansion efforts, including scoping out new jurisdictions, advising on jurisdictional risks and nuances, and leading the formation of new subsidiaries or branch offices outside the U.S. Advise on a multitude of complex U.S. and global corporate governance, equity compensation and related legal issues. Salary The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $135,000 - $200,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives.
