Good benefits
No communication, zero training. You were supposed to Google everything you didn’t know how to do or find it in their VERY hidden procedures manual. You actually got written up for asking questions! 3 write ups and you were fired. They have about a 70% turnover rate there. The department I worked in has completely turned over 4 times since I left and it hasn’t been two years.
Good health insurance. Employee appreciation parties.
