Can build clear business cases tied to measurable ops and financial impact.

WHO WE ARE
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics, a $12T global industry. Backed by General Catalyst, Bessemer, and Bain Capital, we've raised $50M and achieved 700% revenue growth in under two years.
Our mission is to automate the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down - from scheduling to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform powers end-to-end operations, and our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that execute real workflows in real time.
As logistics providers adopt generative AI, Pallet is leading the next wave of automation, with the vision to build the next $10B company in logistics. Join leaders from Google, DoorDash, and YC to shape the future of logistics tech.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Product Marketing Lead at Pallet, you'll define how AI agents reshape the future of logistics. You'll master the nuances of different segments (eg carriers, 3PLs, shippers) and craft the story that connects Pallet's technology to their most pressing challenges.
You'll own the full lifecycle of go-to-market execution: messaging, launches, enablement, case studies, and campaigns that move the market. You'll operate with full autonomy in a fast-moving, high-trust environment, driving impact from strategy to execution.
This is a senior individual contributor role with the potential to build and lead a team as the function scales.
SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON
Develop a coherent narrative for how Pallet impacts logistics and supply chain teams, in partnership with EPD, sales, and executive team.
Produce marketing assets including website, events, content, case studies, etc that highlight our product messaging, in partnership with designers and writers

YOU HAVE

Strong research and learning skills, capable of learning the nuances of the industry through sales calls, internet research, and expert analysis

Writing and articulation skills. We need you to build content that communicates the positioning effectively
3-8 years experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting or journalism / communications.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
NOT
Slide deck agency: While you will build custom sales collateral, it's more important you give sales guidelines and content to build it themselves.
Alignment coordinator: Ensuring cross-functional alignment is required, but it's not the primary output of this role.
Consensus follower: Success means having an opinionated point of view backed by evidence, experience, or instinct about Pallet's narrative

Technical Lead Recruiter (Founding Team)
Pallet Services Inc. 3.8
Pallet Services Inc. job in San Francisco, CA
About Pallet
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics - a $12 trillion global industry. We've raised $50M from top investors including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we've achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.

As logistics providers look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep industry expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we're positioned to build the next $10B company in logistics.
Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of logistics tech.
About the Opportunity:
Pallet is hiring our first Lead Technical Recruiter, a high-impact IC role with true ownership over how we build our engineering organization.
As we scale from ~50 to 100+ employees, engineering hiring is one of the most critical levers in the business. This role will own technical recruiting end-to-end - partnering closely with our Head of Talent, engineering leadership, and founders to hire across Product, Platform, FDE, and AI/ML roles.
This is not a support function. Recruiting at Pallet is a strategic partner to the business. You'll be embedded with engineering leadership, deeply understand our product and technical roadmap, and play a direct role in shaping the team that builds our AI agents. The impact of this role will be immediate, visible, and long-lasting.
Why this Role is Different:
True 0→1 ownership at a company that takes hiring seriously. You'll be the first dedicated Senior Technical Recruiter at Pallet, with real influence and partnership - recruiting is treated as a core business function, not a support role.
High-bar, white-glove technical hiring. Deep ownership, and strong trust with engineering leadership and senior candidates. This role is optimized for judgment and quality, not volume.
Hands-on ownership, not resource constrained. You'll personally source and close top engineering talent, with budget for modern recruiting tools, selective agency support, and light shared sourcing resources available as needed.
Career-defining impact at a Series B AI company. You'll help set the foundation for technical recruiting as Pallet scales, with meaningful equity upside, a strong engineering brand already in place, and the opportunity to shape what great looks like long-term.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Own and close senior, high-bar engineering roles across Product, Platform, FDE, and AI/ML in competitive SF / NYC markets.
Make your first hire within ~45 days and sustain ~2 high-quality engineering hires per month thereafter.
Run end-to-end searches: scoping ambiguous roles, sourcing, pipeline management, interview coordination, and closing.
Protect and scale Pallet's technical hiring bar through high-signal screening, thoughtful debriefs, and pushback when quality is slipping.
Build trust with senior engineering candidates through a white-glove candidate experience and calm, credible selling.
Diagnose pipeline or close issues using data and candidate feedback, and adapt strategy in real time.
Act as a true partner to engineering leadership - bringing structure, judgment, and clarity without needing hand-holding.
Increase leverage across the technical recruiting system while remaining hands-on - personally sourcing for hard roles, partnering effectively with sourcers, and strengthening referral quality and conversion.
Preferred Experience:
5-10+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years owning senior technical roles end-to-end.
Proven experience hiring: Senior Software Engineers, Platform / Infra / SRE Engineers, ML- or data-adjacent roles bonus if you've also hired: Product Managers, Designers etc.
Track record of closing senior engineers in competitive markets.
Experience operating in high-bar, founder-led or early-stage environments.
Strong technical recruiting judgment - able to spot misalignment early and maintain a low false-positive rate.
Calm, credible communicator who can sell Pallet to engineers without hype.
Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and accountability for outcomes.
Low ego, collaborative, and motivated by impact rather than process for process's sake.
Our Recruiting Stack:
Greenhouse for ATS
Juicebox, Covey, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn InMails (400 a month), Clay
Grammarly Pro, for polished writing
Brighthire for call recordings and note-taking
Calendly, Notion, GSuite, Slack, etc
Benefits:

🎉 Annual company offsites, our last one was in Palm Springs 🌴🍹
Interview Process:
Chat with Head of Talent - 30 mins
Short Take Home Assignment (paid $100) - 2-3 days to complete
Final Interviews - ~ 3 hours of interviews at our office in SF
We move fast, and we'll keep you informed at every stage of the process.
Location:
As a small, early-stage team building from 0→1, we value in-person collaboration. This role is based in our San Francisco office, and we typically work from the office five days a week. That said, we're pragmatic - flexibility is available on days with heavy calls or as needed over time. Relocation assistance can be provided for candidates interested in moving to San Francisco.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $165,000-$220,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to cash compensation, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and meaningful opportunities for growth. Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Deployment Strategist (AI Team)
Pallet Services Inc. 3.8
Pallet Services Inc. job in New York, NY or remote
Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down - from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.
You could be a Deployment Strategist anywhere - why us?
Join a well-funded, high-growth startup on the path to IPO ($50M raised, 700% revenue growth in 2 years) tackling a massive market.
Work directly with Catherine Temkin, Head of Success (ex-operator who's scaled enterprise programs and customer success orgs).
Help transform a $6T+ industry with AI agents that actually touch freight, not just slideware.
About the opportunity:
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll lead end-to-end onboarding for new CoPallet customers. You'll translate messy, real-world logistics workflows into production-ready agent configurations, orchestrate cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Biz Ops, Sales, and Success, and ensure customers realize measurable value quickly (speed, accuracy, and adoption).
Why this role is different:
Foundational seat: You'll be among the first Deployment Strategists, shaping our playbooks, metrics, and standards.
Hands-on with AI agents: Not just project management-reason about agent behavior, edge cases, data flows, and integrations.
True cross-functional ownership: Sit at the intersection of customer goals, technical realities, and product roadmaps-then drive outcomes.
Talent density: Learn from senior operators and engineers; rapid growth means real scope and accelerated career trajectory.
How you will make an impact:
Own enterprise onboardings end-to-end: discovery → workflow mapping → agent configuration → pilot → scale.
Design and document workflows (BOL ingestion, order entry, quoting, appointment setting) and translate them into agent prompts, rules, and schemas.
Coordinate integrations and data flows with Product/Eng (APIs, EDI/JSON payloads, TMS/WMS/CRM touchpoints); identify and close gaps.
Create repeatable playbooks (RACI, timelines, KPIs, risk logs, executive updates) that shorten time-to-value and increase adoption.
Drive stakeholder alignment across operations leaders and execs; de-escalate issues and keep programs on track.
Measure what matters (time-to-first-value, accuracy, throughput, agent containment); surface insights to inform roadmap.
Travel for kickoffs and key milestones to ensure smooth execution and change management.
Preferred experience:
3+ years leading program, project, implementation, or account management for enterprise SaaS products - ideally in complex, operations-heavy environments.
Proven track record running large, multi-stakeholder deployments ($200-500K+ contracts) with executive visibility and measurable outcomes.
Technically fluent: comfortable reasoning through APIs, EDI structures, JSON payloads, and system integrations; confident using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
AI-curious (or better): understands the basics of large language models and agent behavior, and can think through prompts, rules, and guardrails conceptually.
Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes, training materials, and documentation for enterprise rollouts - organized, calm under pressure, and skilled at prioritization.
Bonus points for experience in logistics systems (TMS, WMS), PMP certification, or prior startup/zero-to-one environments.
Our Benefits:
🩺 Health, Vision, and Dental benefits

New York: Satellite office with Pallet employees across engineering, operations, and success-we're seeking to hire and grow out the team here. The team typically comes into the office 5 days a week. Relocation assistance is not provided for our New York office.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $125,000-$195,000 base, depending on experience and skill set. Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down - from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. As logistics providers look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep industry expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we're positioned to build the next $10B company in logistics.
