Role Overview:
As a CAM/CNC Programmer & Operator, you will translate CAD/CAM designs into optimized G-code, set up and run CNC machines, and continuously refine processes to maximize quality and productivity. You will work closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure that every component meets our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming & Setup:
Create, refine, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (VCarve, Fusion 360, Mastercam), or similar CAM software.
Plan efficient tooling, workholding, and machine setups
Ensure programs are optimized for quality, speed, and consistency
Machine Operation:
Operate CNC routers for wood, acrylic, foam board, and composites, and specialty materials
Run test cuts, monitor performance, and perform in-process and post-production quality checks.
Workflow Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance processes across production.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to elevate performance
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine CNC maintenance and tool changes
Calibrate equipment, monitor tool wear, and troubleshoot mechanical or software issues
Documentation:
Maintain accurate program libraries, SOPs, tool logs, and production metrics.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Refugio Unaccompanied Children's Shelter and Foster Care Programs provide 24-hour care and services for infants, toddlers, tender, and standard age children in immigration custody who are awaiting release to their sponsors. POSITION OVERVIEW The Health Service Coordinator organizes and coordinates medical services with Health Care Providers for Unaccompanied Children (UC) including specialty, dental, vision and hearing services, laboratory, imaging services, and processes Treatment Authorization Requests (TARS) and updates the Office of Refugee and Resettlement (ORR) UC Portal. This employee works closely with Health Care Providers, Dental Providers, Program Director, Assistant Program Director, Youth Care Supervisors, Case Management, and Clinical Departments. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and monitors the delivery of Health Care services to UC including medical examinations, vaccinations, specialty visits, communicable diseases, medication management, and knowledge of health and mental health resources for children.
Ensures the development and implementation of internal procedures in accordance with ORR, State, Federal and Urban Strategies Policies and Procedures.
Must be sensitive to the needs of the children in the areas of health care, clinical, case management and all other department services provided.

Ensures medical supplies and over the counter inventory is maintained by checking stock to determine expiration dates, inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Ensures medication and immunization administration are followed in accordance with ORR Guidelines, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) State, and Federal requirements, and Urban Strategies standard operating procedures.
Collect, maintain, and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual medical reports to the supervisors.
Ensures coordination of medical staff for the transfer of children to medical, dental, specialty and diagnostic clinics to offsite locations
Escorts/Transports child(ren) to medical, dental outings as needed.

Education and Experience:

Must be able to work effectively with homeless and at-risk clients. The Early Head Start Program Development & Training Coordinator is responsible for assessing, coordination, planning, tracking, and delivery of training and learning activities for Early Head Start staff, contracted Child Care Partners, consultants, and volunteers. This role also involves supporting Child Care Partners using a comprehensive approach, strengthening the Early Head Start Child Care Partnership model. Serving as a vital liaison between Eckerd Early Head Start and the childcare provider community, the coordinator focuses on building and developing strong relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct program assessments using the CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System), ECERS (Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale), FCCERS (Family Child Care Environment Rating Scale) and ITERS (Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale); and maintain reliability in all tools
Coordinate and deliver new hire/new Child Care Partner/new consultant/new volunteer, on the job, and annual training as required.
Coordinate and/or facilitate training for all staff that includes all contracted requirements and Eckerd required learning activities; responsible for the identification, scheduling, and delivery of all training needs. In addition will provide oversight of the Child Development Associate (CDA) and Family Services credential
Develop training schedules, provide training or coordinate resources to provide training and distribute information to staff and Child Care Partners
Ensure the provision of annual training that is provided by external consultants/trainers
In collaboration with Early Head Start leadership, design and implement activities and recognition rewards to track and reinforce staff and Child Care Partners for completing tasks related to program performance that are focused on best practices and fidelity.
Serves as a liaison between the Quality Improvement Specialist and Child Care Partners, ensuring information obtained from the quantitative and performance compliance review process is utilized to drive discussions regarding training needs.
Through site visits and training facilitation assignments, evaluate training needs of each Child Care Partner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, from an accredited College or University, in business, human resources, human services, psychology, sociology, or related field.
Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience working with children and families. Preference will be given to candidates with a training delivery and facilitation experience.
Ability to design, plan, provide competency-based training for adult learning styles. Ability to act independently and show initiative and good interpersonal skills.
Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy. Professional appearance and demeanor are required. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

This position is responsible for career/employment planning, job placement, program compliance and case management of customers. This position provides coaching to customers on program requirements, employment, vocational, educational, and job search. This position will provide individuals with on-going, comprehensive case management within the program parameters to enable the customer gain self-sufficient employment. The position will focus on their designated program as well as other assigned Special Projects or Programs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Coordinate services to customers including the development, implementation and tracking of Career Plans, ITAs (Individualized Training Accounts), assessments, budgets and the tracking of progress by the customers.
Ensure the applicant understands the parameters of the particular program offered.
Develop an individualized career goal-oriented plan based on specific objectives and local program standard operating procedures to achieve the ultimate goal of stable, self- sufficient unsubsidized employment.
Address all customer identified needs and barriers to gaining employment. Develop appropriate resolution plans and expected outcome achievement dates with customer. Provide referrals as needed through local partnering agencies through CSTB partner referral portal.
Coordinate the customer's participation in program specific activities. Provide clear guidance and expectations of the program the customer is working in.
Develop Individualized Training Accounts with customers, to include the development of a financial plan and budget matrix as needed.
Provide or coordinate a comprehensive assessment of the customer's strengths and needs. Review assessment and document customer employment and training suitability by using the results of the assessments provided.
Determine eligibility for funding, such as financial aid programs, PELL grants, student loans, scholarships.
Provide consistent employment plan progress checks through a meaningful monthly contact with the customer. Make any appropriate modification to ensure that the objectives are achieved.
Input data collection and update all progress in program designated data tracking system
Refer customers to recruiter for job placement as local policy and procedures dictate.
Serve as an initial point of contact for walk-in applicants.
Conduct orientation and various workshops for new and existing customers as needed.
Maintain and submit program required reports as assigned for designated program.
Duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education & Training:
Bachelors Arts/Science Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university
One (1) year related experience OR combination of experience in a counseling/social services/job placement related/rehabilitation setting in various jobs in private industry and studies in the Human Services field can be substituted for the degree or a combination of an Associate of Arts/Science degree and experience in the above fields
Florida Workforce Professional Certification Tier I required
Proficient in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word etc.)
